Service Agreement

By availing of the services of DaijobookingJapan, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined here.

Scope of Services

DaijobookingJapan strives to provide clear and accurate information regarding its services. Clients are encouraged to clarify any doubts before availing of a service.

Service Fee

Fees for services are non-refundable once DaijobookingJapan has initiated the requested service and sent a confirmation to the client. If a service hasn't been initiated, a refund is possible but will be less any commission or transaction fees.

Goods & Advance Payment Reservations

Refunds for goods or advance payment reservations are subject to the refund policy of the shop, restaurant, or service provider. The inquiry and booking fee for DaijobookingJapan is not refundable.

Goods Quality

DaijobookingJapan is not responsible for the quality or condition of goods purchased through its service. All product quality concerns should be directed to the respective seller or manufacturer.

Data Protection

Personal data provided by the client will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service. DaijobookingJapan commits to not sharing client data with third parties without explicit consent. However, DaijobookingJapan cannot be held liable for breaches beyond its control.

Limitation of Liability

DaijobookingJapan is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our services.

Lost and Found Assistance

While DaijobookingJapan offers assistance in the process of locating lost items, we cannot guarantee the recovery or return of any lost or misplaced items.

Payment Disputes

All payments are subject to the terms outlined here. Any disputes should be raised with DaijobookingJapan directly before taking further action.

Feedback & Disputes

Clients are encouraged to provide feedback and raise concerns directly with DaijobookingJapan. We aim to address all issues amicably and promptly.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

Updates to T&Cs

DaijobookingJapan reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. Clients are encouraged to review the T&Cs periodically.
